To begin, our expert Pastry Chef will get things started by discussing the history of cannoli while showing you how we make, shape, fry, and fill traditional cannoli shells.
Armed with your very own pastry bag, you’ll learn the technique of filling the shells during the hands-on piping portion. Dip your cannoli into your desired toppings (think: orange peels, crushed pistachios or chocolate chips), and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Don’t forget the wine! During the class, sip on a glass of divine dessert wine perfectly paired with the cannoli by our sommelier.
