For 6 generations, Cascina Falasco has cultivated rice in Novara, Piemonte. On their farm, the rice fields are still weeded seasonally to honor the natural order of the land and to cultivate a high-quality product that respects the environment.


Carnaroli is a fine, high-quality variety of rice. It is very versatile, and thanks to less starchy grains that remain well-separated during cooking, it is the perfect rice for making risotto.
