The Tradition Prestige from Calvisius is White sturgeon, a species indigenous of the Pacific Coast of North America, stretching from Baja up to Alaska. Made with 100% Malossol recipe, only 3% salt is added.
Compact, smooth, and consistent in texture, this caviar is buttery, elegant, and nutty with hints of fruit on the palate. With notes of amber, the caviar ranges from dark grey to jet black.

Caviar Orders placed before 11.00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship on the same day via UPS Next Day Air for a $35 flat rate. Orders received after 11.00 a.m. EST Thursday through 11.00 a.m. EST Sunday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
