The Siberian Classic from Calvisius is Siberian Sturgeon caviar found in the Azov Sea in southeastern Europe. Made with 100% Malossol, only 3% salt is added.
Smooth, firm, and consistent in texture, this caviar is bold and full of flavor, lightly salted with aromatic hints of dried fruit. In color, it ranges from dark grey to pale brown.

Caviar Orders placed before 11.00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship on the same day via UPS Next Day Air for a $35 flat rate. Orders received after 11.00 a.m. EST Thursday through 11.00 a.m. EST Sunday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
