Join us on Wednesday, May 22 at Terra, Eataly’s rooftop restaurant, as we host a California Varieties Wine Dinner with Colli Euganei Winery alongside a specially prepared five-course dinner. These varieties of wine act as Italian versions of the popular varieties and wines in California (i.e. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet). At this dinner, guests will taste a variety of California varieties of wines each paired with a dish, cooked to perfection on the roaring wood-fired grill. As guests bite into each course, Eataly’s chefs and wine experts will explain the perfect pairs of the dishes and each glass of wine. You will also have the opportunity to connect directly with Lucio Gomiero from Vignalta, Italy who was also the person who introduced Radicchio to the United States.
