This Caciotta di Capra Pepe e Olio is a goat’s milk cheese gently treated with specially selected Extra Virgin Olive Oil and scented with the prized Black Tellicherry Pepper from Vietnam. This prize-winning cheese is slightly spicy and fragrant, perfect for grating into risotto or enjoyed on its own as part of an antipasto platter.


Founded in 1898 in Bagnolo di San Pietro di Feletto in Northeastern Italy, Perenzin treats each cheese with great care, and has become a pioneer in the production of organic goat’s milk cheese.
