Borsari's special edition is filled with luscious tiramis√π cream and coffee-flavored chocolate chips. Excellent on its own, pandoro is traditionally sprinkled with powdered sugar, to resemble the snow on the mountains.

Borsari is a brand-new producer to Eataly! In 1903, Tiziano Golfetti opened the first pastry laboratory in Verona and called it Borsari, in honor of the famous Borsari Roman gate of Verona, the homeland of Pandoro.
