Today, Urbani still works directly with local truffle hunters who are connected to the land. Following ancient traditions, they hunt the truffles in the forests of central and northern Italy with trained dogs.

For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.
