Cantucci are a type of biscotti – “twice-cooked” cookies – traditional to Toscana. To create this variety, Marabissi added a pistachio twist to the classic.

These crunchy cookies are delicious on their own or dipped in your favorite beverage, from cappuccino to dessert wine.

The history of Marabissi began almost a century ago with Tuscan cantucci, baked following Signora Jole's own recipe. Three generations later, Marabissi is still known as the very best in the region's cookies and cakes.
