Pane Carasau Crispbread, also known as 'sheet music bread,' originates from Sardinia. The word "carasau" comes from the Sardinian carasare, meaning to toast, recalling the final cooking phase in the traditional preparation of the crispbread.

Perfectly thin with crisp, flaky layers, these flavorful crackers are an ideal accompaniment to Eataly's selection of cheese and salumi.
