In celebration of Barolo weeks, enjoy an intimate dinner experience inside Eataly’s restaurant, Vino &..., where you will sit alongside Fabio Bosio, Export Manager of Fontanafredda, to taste some of Fontanafredda's most-famed Barolo wines paired with a luxurious multi-course meal. This elevated dining experience is an exclusive opportunity to discuss and learn directly from the Export Producer while enjoying a multiple-course chef-curated meal traditionally paired with these beloved Fontanafredda wines.

In this wine dinner, you will:

• Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring regional Piemonte cuisine at a Chef's table in Vino &
• Taste the featured Fontanafredda wines that have been paired by our Wine Expert with each course
• Meet Fabio Bosio, Fontanafredda's Export Manager, and converse with him during the dinner
• Take home tasting notes for the wines featured at this dinner

About Fontanafredda
The Fontanafredda winery was founded in 1858 by Count Emanuele Alberto di Mirafiori on the hunting grounds of his father, the first king of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II. Only grapes of certified origin that are grown on the Fontanafredda estates are used to produce the brand’s wines under the supervision of the current proprietors: Oscar Farinetti, Luca Baffigo Filangieri and the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi. The estate vineyards extend over rugged, hilly terrain in the villages of Serralunga d’Alba, Barolo and Diano d’Alba, within the heart of Piemonte.

• Seating at this dinner in Vino & (2nd floor of Eataly Chicago) is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Seating will begin at Vino & approximately 10 minutes before the start of the dinner, which will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
• Dinner duration is approximate and may vary by 15-30 minutes. Pre-set menu is subject to slight change.  For this special event, we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or requests. 
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
