Join us at La Scuola to learn how to make your very own Tagliolini ai Funghi, a traditional rustic Tuscan dish made up of hand crafted pasta ribbons cooked in a wild-funghi ragù. You will learn the ins and outs of how to make a mixed mushroom ragu sauce from start to finish, all while learning about Italian food and culture from your La Scuola Chef. When it's time to put them together, you'll learn how to perfectly "marry" the pasta with the sauce.
