At La Scuola di Eataly Boston, we believe that food unites all. In this class, we invite participants learn how to make the classic dish from the Campania region, Pasta alla sorrentina. In this class, fusilli, a corkscrew shaped pasta, perfectly picks up the simple sauce, which is perfectly balanced with fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, and sweet-tart tomato. Simple and delicious, this dish is the perfect new addition to your arsenal of specialties! First, you'll learn how to make the sauce from scratch, then you'll learn how to perfectly cook your pasta to be al dente and how "marry" the two together, and finally, you'll enjoy the finished product!
