Created in Napoli, this colorful recipe evokes southern Italy, from the briny taste of the characteristic capers and olives to the risque name ("puttanesca" translates to "in the style of prostitutes"). Join us in this guided hands-on cooking class, taught by Eataly's own La Scuola instructor. Guests will have the opportunity to hear the history of the classic Italian, Pasta alla Puttanesca, while learning a bit about the ideal wine pairing and how to source the best ingridents! In this class guests will:

  • Enjoy your finished pasta dish with a glass of wine, expertly paired by one of our in-house beverage experts

  • Enjoy a small paired cheeseboard.

  • Take home a recipe card so that you can recreate this dish at home!

Nota Bene: For all cooking classes, cooking surfaces and burners are shared between members of your party.
