This month, La Scuola di Eataly Boston dives into the Italian classic, Frutti di Mare! This traditional southern Italian dish literally translates to "fruit of the sea" and includes shrimp, calamari, clams, and mussels over a bed of pasta and a hearty tomato sauce. Guests will have the opportunity to hear about the history of this staple recipe and its connection to the Amalfi Coastal region, all while getting to be hands-on in the kitchen creating their meal. In this class, participants will also have the chance to:
Enjoy your finished pasta dish with a glass of wine, expertly paired by one of our in-house beverage experts.
Enjoy a small paired cheeseboard.
Take home a recipe card so that you can recreate this dish at home!
