Travel from Southern Italy to Northern Italy and still indulge in delicious fresh pasta. However, you will find that on this province of the country, egg pasta is the traditional pasta enjoyed throughout Central and Northern Italy. Like dried pasta, this one also is composed of two simple ingredients: unbleached all-purpose flour and eggs.
Although the egg pasta cooks in a flash, some pasta types such as small stuffed pasta shapes can be more labor intensive. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn about cannelloni and the fun ways to stuff and bake it. During this class, guests will:
