What better way to kick off Restaurant Fest than with a hands-on class creating one of our favorite dishes. Bucatini Fava e Pancetta is a delicious dish featured in our La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant Fest menu. Afeltra Bucatini is paired alongside pancetta and fava beans, creating the perfect balance of salty and fresh. The dish is simple yet flavorful, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Pecorino Romano DOP.
