Back to Basics: Bucatini Fava e Pancetta

What better way to kick off Restaurant Fest than with a hands-on class creating one of our favorite dishes. Bucatini Fava e Pancetta is a delicious dish featured in our La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant Fest menu. Afeltra Bucatini is paired alongside pancetta and fava beans, creating the perfect balance of salty and fresh. The dish is simple yet flavorful, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Pecorino Romano DOP. 

During this unique class, students will:

• Create their own dish with the guidance of our La Scuola instructor. 
• Enjoy your dish with a paired wine chosen by an Eataly sommelier 
• Learn more about wine and wine pairing 
• Take home adapted recipes and wine tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Please note, the level of hands-on participation differs from class to class. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
