An Evening with Lidia Bastianich: A Dinner & Book Presentation

About this Class: Emmy Award-winning chef, cookbook author, restaurateur, and more - beloved chef Lidia Bastianich gives us plenty of reasons to celebrate! On October 28th, we are excited to spend time with Lidia here at Eataly NYC Flatiron. Hosted by the chef herself, this class will feature a menu curated by Lidia in collaboration with the Chef of La Scuola, Leonardo Palazzo. Lidia and Leonardo will demonstrate how to make three of Lidia’s favorite recipes from her book Lidia's A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl. As you savor each bite, Lidia will share her insights about the menu, cooking secrets, and reflections from her book. As no Italian meal is complete without wine, our beverage expert will pour perfectly paired wines to complement the menu.

In this class guests will:

• Spend time with Lidia herself as she presents her book Lidia's A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl
• Take home a signed copy of Lidia's A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl, included in the class ticket price
• Observe as the chef of La Scuola demonstrates how to make three of Lidia’s dishes step-by-step
• Enjoy a three-course prix-fixe menu paired with wines selected by our beverage experts

• Each ticket includes (1) copy of Lidia's A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl - book is non-refundable and non-returnable
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older
• This is a demonstration class and does not include a hands-on element
• Seating is communal and first come first served - seating cannot be reserved
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
