For Albergian's Plum Preserve, plums are picked at the height of ripeness and are used to create the fresh, natural flavor of this Plum Jam. Made following a homemade recipe, Albergian preserves are produced only from mountain-grown fruits in the region of Piemonte.
This plum jam is delicious paired with Eataly cheese and spread on Eataly bread.
