For Albergian's Fig Preserve, figs are picked at the height of ripeness and are used to create the fresh, natural flavor of this Fig Jam. Made following a homemade recipe, Albergian preserves are produced only from mountain-grown fruits in the region of Piemonte.
This fig jam is delicious paired with Eataly cheese and spread on Eataly bread.
