Fennel Chianchette 1.7 oz

Chianchette are named for chianche, which are the flat stones used to cover the lanes in the old city centers in the province of Bari. Made with durum-wheat semolina and fennel, the crunchy crackers are very characteristic of La Murgia.
Excellent on their own, chianchette are also delicious as part of an antipasti spread.
