Since 1848, Afeltra has crafted its celebrated pasta and harvested sun-warmed tomatoes in Gragnano, Campania. Following tradition, the pastificio uses mineral water from Monti Lattari, extrudes the pasta through a bronze dye, and air dries each shape in the Mediterranean breeze. The resulting pasta pairs perfectly with the area’s celebrated tomatoes, grown in the shade of Mount Vesuvius.
