This extraordinary product is slowly aged for more than 12 years decanting and refilling six antique series of old barrels in various wood: cherry, mulberry, juniper, oak, ash, or chestnut.
This product has a glossy, dark brown color and an intense full-body flavor.
It is great with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, steaks, fish, gelato, and strawberries.
