"A Visit to the Alps"- Guided Alpine Cheese Tasting

Calling all cheese lovers! In this guided tasting, our expert cheesemonger will delve into the many variations of Alpine cheeses produced in northern Italy. Guests will learn how the process by which these cheeses are produced—moving small herds of dairy cows gradually up alpine mountainsides as spring snows melt—assures that only the freshest grasses and wildflowers are consumed, lending complex, herbal notes to the cheese. This entertaining class will be sure to delight you and your tastebuds as you enjoy an array of Alpine cheeses paired with wine. In addition to learning about Italian Alpine cheeses, you will also learn about the "Adopt an Alp" program.

• Guests receive 5 cheeses and 2 wines that are paired with 2 condiments.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change. For this special event, we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or requests.  
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
