A Tasting Tour of Italy with Rovagnati Salumi

Join us in La Scuola for a guided wine and antipasto tasting experience featuring all things Rovagnati!  Enjoy an interactive, sit-down tasting tour hosted by Rovagnati's US Sales Manager, Cristian Ceccarelli, alongside Eataly’s salumi & formaggi expert and learn about the history, production, and flavors of Rovagnati salumi.  Together, we will discover which Italian artisanal cheeses, condiments and wines pair perfectly with each of the featured Rovagnati meats.

During this event, guests are welcome to ask questions of Cristian Ceccarelli and Eataly's salumi & formaggi expert and interact with them throughout the guided tasting adventure.

• Guests receive 2 wine tastings, 3 meats, and 2 cheeses that are paired with 2 condiments.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
