About this Event: Here at Eataly, we’re proud to offer an extraordinary selection of Italian and domestic cheeses and wines. Join us in La Scuola to spend time with our expert Cheesemonger as we walk you through on how to choose the best salumi and cheese, cut cheese like an expert, and learn how to stage a board. Learn about the stories behind the people who crafted them and enjoy a nice glass of wine to pair with your products. The best part? You’ll get to take home your board and show off your Italian flare with friends and family!
In this Class You Will:
Taste special selection of cheese and salumi
Build your own cheese board from scratch
Class led by Eataly’s expert cheesemonger
Complimentary wine pairing specifically selected to pair best with the cheeses 
Please Note:
Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
Seating is first-come first-served.
Physical tickets are not required, all tickets will be sent via email and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.
All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
