Làit Gelato Chicago
Eataly is all about tradition – and innovation, too! We like to be at the forefront and bring vanguard techniques and pairings to the food industry, while still maintaining our simplicity. Làit, milk in Piemontese dialect, was an original idea of Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati. Using the milk of pasture-fed Bianca Piemontese cows combined with high-quality ingredients like Piemontesi hazelnuts and Venchi chocolate, Chef Alciati pioneered a technique that produces a rich and creamy soft-serve gelato.
